Silver Bread Flour-Deep Roots Milling

Our Silver Bread Flour is a low protein bread flour, or as we like to say, "flour with purpose." It is stone-milled from certified organic Redeemer winter wheat and excels as pizza, pita, pasta or anything you want to come out chewy and light but have the depth in flavor of whole-grain.

The Silver is a finely ground, medium extraction (80%) flour.
